Investments & Fees

 

The investment for a new FASTSIGNS will vary primarily due to the size of your store and its location. Financing is available through third party lenders. FASTSIGNS recommends that you have a minimum net worth of $250,000, of which at least $75,000 is in liquid assets.



Typical investment for a New FASTSIGNS center:
Franchise Fee $27,500
Furniture, fixtures, equipment $54,505
Construction/Store Build Out $29,677
Advertising, professional fees, travel $28,977

Ongoing fees to FASTSIGNS
Royalty (paid monthly) 6% of gross sales
Advertising Fund 2% of gross sales
