GARY SALOMON Co-Founder, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer
Gary Salomon based the revolutionary FASTSIGNS® concept on his own experience as a business owner and direct marketing specialist. He was noted as one of Entrepreneur magazine's "Forty Under 40," and was honored with the prestigious "Entrepreneur of the Year" award by national and regional sponsors such as Ernst & Young, Inc. and Merrill Lynch. Gary is recognized as an authority on the principles of franchising and as a spokesman for the quick-sign industry.

MARY RYAN Chief Financial Officer, Vice President of Finance & Administration
Mary Ryan's extensive expertise in financial management serves both FASTSIGNS International, Inc. and its franchisees well. She directs the financial, administrative, information management and legal functions of the franchisor. Additionally, she oversees legal efforts in protecting corporate and franchisee interests.

LARRY LANE President
With a background that covers both the sales and the technical aspects of multi-unit business operation, Larry Lane manages the development of the FASTSIGNS® name on a global scale. Since joining FASTSIGNS® in 1988, Larry has served in many capacities, including Franchise Business Consultant, Director of Operations, Vice President of International Development and Senior Vice President of Franchise Relations & Development.

RAJ CROAGER Chief Information Officer, CFE
Raj Croager joined FASTSIGNS® in 1996 as a Franchise Business Consultant. In 1999 Raj changed fields to focus on the technology that drives the business. Since then Raj has attained his MCSE (Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer) and served as the Director of IT and Vice-President of Information Technology for FASTSIGNS®. In his current capacity as CIO, he provides both hands-on management and strategic direction for FASTSIGNS® technology needs.

BILL MCPHERSON Vice President Domestic Franchise Sales, CFE
Bill McPherson has over 13 years of Franchise Development experience and 18 years of sales management experience primarily in the specialty retail and business service sectors. He has worked several years in finance and accounting for a Fortune 500 company. As Vice President of Domestic Franchise Sales for FASTSIGNS®, Bill is responsible for the overall sales process of new stores, re-sales and conversions to FASTSIGNS® centers in the United States and Canada.

SUSAN LAST Senior Vice President of Franchise Services, CFE
Susan Last has over 19 years of experience in the franchise industry. Prior to joining FASTSIGNS®, Susan worked for the nation's largest education franchise, gaining extensive experience in franchising, operations, education, curriculum development and training. Her current focus is overseeing the support provided to the franchise network, which includes managing the technical services, operations and training departments. Susan holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Indiana University and has earned her CFE, Certified Franchise Executive, from the International Franchise Association.

TRENT LENSCH Vice President of Operations
Trent Lensch has more than 15 years experience providing support and managing operations and sales in the franchise industry. Trent has been with FASTSIGNS International, Inc. since 1999 and has held the position of Franchise Business Consultant and Director of Franchise Services. Trent oversees a staff that supports FASTSIGNS® centers in the United States, Canada and the United Kingdom, which includes the company’s Eastern and Western U.S. directors of operations, the FBC for the United Kingdom, the director of new store openings and a financial analysis consultant.

DAVID JAMES Vice President of Operations Services
As the former VP of Operations, Director of Operations and a Franchise Business Consultant with FASTSIGNS International, Inc., Dave has over 20 years of field and operations experience. His background in training and management prepared him for owning and operating his own successful retail business for three years. Today, he heads up a team that specializes in the development, maintenance and pricing of point-of-sale software. In addition, the team approves the vendors that provide services and products to the FASTSIGNS® network.

DRUE TOWNSEND Senior Vice President of Marketing
Drue Townsend has over 18 years of experience as a marketing and public relations professional in the franchise, restaurant, hospitality and telecommunications industries. Having worked for both advertising agencies and corporations, she has an extensive business-to-business background. Drue is charged with providing strategic direction for program development and managing the marketing department.
