Catherine Monson Chief Executive Officer, CFE*
Catherine was named CEO of FASTSIGNS® in December 2008, bringing with her a strong background in franchising and digital printing. In addition to her previous role as President of PIP Printing, she worked within Sir Speedy and MultiCopy Europe, serving in operations, franchise development, sales, training and marketing communications. Catherine has been honored with the Bonny LeVine Award and currently serves on the board of the International Franchise Association (IFA), the Business Marketing Association and Pi Sigma Epsilon.

GARY SALOMON Co-Founder, Chairman of the Board
Gary Salomon based the revolutionary FASTSIGNS® concept on his own experience as a business owner and direct marketing specialist. He was noted as one of Entrepreneur magazine's "Forty Under 40," and was honored with the prestigious "Entrepreneur of the Year" award by national and regional sponsors such as Ernst & Young, Inc. and Merrill Lynch. Co-founder and former CEO of FASTSIGNS, Gary is recognized as an authority on the principles of franchising and as a spokesman for the quick-sign industry. In his current role as Chairman of the Board, Gary works with Roark Capital and the FASTSIGNS® executive team on strategic direction.

SUSAN LAST Chief Operating Officer, CFE*
With a bachelor’s degree from Indiana University, Susan Last has been in the franchising industry since 1984. Prior to joining FASTSIGNS®, she worked for the nation’s largest education franchise, gaining extensive experience in franchising, operations, education, curriculum development and training. For the last 12 years, Susan has served FASTSIGNS® in various capacities such as VP of training and Senior VP of franchise services. In her role as COO, Last manages international support responsibilities, franchise relations (both domestic and international) and serves as liaison to FASTSIGNS’ Franchise Advisory Committee (FAC).

MARY RYAN Chief Financial Officer, Vice President of Finance & Administration
Mary Ryan's extensive expertise in financial management serves both FASTSIGNS International, Inc. and its franchisees well. She directs the financial, administrative, information management and legal functions of the franchisor. Additionally, she oversees legal efforts in protecting corporate and franchisee interests.

DRUE TOWNSEND Senior Vice President of Marketing
With an extensive business-to-business background, Drue has worked for both advertising agencies and corporations. She has over 25 years of experience as a marketing, advertising and public relations professional in the franchise, restaurant, hospitality and telecommunications industries. As the Senior VP of Marketing, Drue is charged with directing and developing marketing program initiatives for the global FASTSIGNS® system, serving as a liaison for the franchisee advertising councils in various countries, and managing the NAC/marketing department on a day-to-day basis.

DAVID JAMES Vice President of Operations Services
As the former VP of Operations, Director of Operations and a Franchise Business Consultant with FASTSIGNS International, Inc., Dave has over 20 years of field and operations experience. His background in training and management prepared him for owning and operating his own successful retail business for three years. Today, he heads up a team that specializes in the development, maintenance and pricing of point-of-sale software. In addition, the team approves the vendors that provide services and products to the FASTSIGNS® network.

TRENT LENSCH Vice President of Operations, CFE*
Trent Lensch has more than 15 years experience providing support and managing operations and sales in the franchise industry. Trent has been with FASTSIGNS International, Inc. since 1999 and has held the position of Franchise Business Consultant and Director of Franchise Services. Trent oversees a staff that supports FASTSIGNS® centers in the United States, Canada and the United Kingdom, which includes the company’s Eastern and Western U.S. directors of operations, the FBC for the United Kingdom, the director of new store openings and a financial analysis consultant.
