All FASTSIGNS franchise owners enjoy membership in the National Advertising Council (NAC), which is governed by a board elected by FASTSIGNS franchisees. The advertising board guides the allocation of the advertising fund to create professional, and most importantly, effective high-impact marketing programs.
The result? Increased awareness of the FASTSIGNS brand and the opportunity for you to increase your store sales. Some of the resources of the NAC include:
- Marketing Materials. Color brochures, catalogs, mailers and ad slicks are available and can be customized with your store address and phone number.
- Yellow Pages. Directory ads are researched, coordinated and tested by a leading Yellow Pages advertising agency.
- Broadcast Spots. Store owners have access to a number of pre-produced traffic-building television and radio commercials.
- Telemarketing. In-house and third party telemarketing training programs are available to help attract loyal customers.
- Trade Shows. Modular exhibits and supplemental materials help you take full advantage of exhibit and display marketing opportunities.
- Public Relations. National, regional, and local public relations campaigns help build awareness and goodwill for your store.
- Marketing Research. Ongoing market research provides information for the strategic decisions made by the NAC.

- National Accounts Program. Through our National Accounts Program (NAP), we are building the FASTSIGNS brand with major companies. The National Accounts staff is comprised of seasoned professionals ready to assist clients and franchise owners in sign project development and management, logo and brand identity and consistency, web-based ordering and more. The NAP offers a variety of solutions to customers, while adding incremental business to the local store owners.
